With so many great restaurants in this plaza, Lua Vietnamese Cuisine somehow slipped under my radar for years. After hearing people rave about it for so long, my wife and I finally decided to give it a try. It absolutely lived up to the hype. We started with the Bánh Khọt, which was an excellent appetizer. The crispy mini pancakes, made with shrimp, rice flour, coconut milk, bean sprouts, herbs, and onions, had a nice subtle flavor. As a Filipino, the dish immediately reminded me of Ukoy, a shrimp fritter my grandmother used to make for me growing up, and brought back fond memories of my childhood. For our main dish, we ordered the Bò Né, which arrived at the table sizzling hot. The combination of filet mignon, egg, pâté, tomato, and bone marrow created an incredibly rich and flavorful dish. It was delicious, especially when paired with the bread. It was so good that my wife and I used the bread to soak up every last bit of sauce. Overall, the food was outstanding, the portions were generous, and it's easy to see why this restaurant has built such a great reputation. We'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Absolutely loved this restaurant! The pho was flavorful, rich, and comforting easily some of the best I’ve had. We also tried the pork and chicken buns, and both were delicious, fresh, and packed with flavor. The ube coffee was unique and amazing, and the matcha was perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. What really made the experience stand out was the exceptional customer service from Sabino. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in. It’s clear he genuinely cares about providing a great dining experience. Great food, great drinks, and outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back!

We’re from Maryland and this was our first time visiting. Our first impression was great — the restaurant looked modern, clean, and well organized. We ordered bread, Bun Cha Hanoi, and two drinks shown in the photo. The drinks were definitely the highlight. My coconut ube coffee was amazing, and the peach sparkling drink was refreshing with just the right amount of sweetness. The Bun Cha portion was huge with plenty of meat — seriously a lot! Overall, the food and drinks were excellent in both quality and portion size for the price. Service was fast, and the atmosphere was very nice. We would definitely come back!

I had an amazing experience at Lua Vietnamese Cuisine! I originally came because my friend Lasha recommended it—he’s the manager—but he wasn’t there at the time. As soon as he found out I was visiting, he actually showed up, which already says a lot about how much he cares. Everything he recommended was absolutely delicious. You can tell the food is made with attention and authentic flavors. The service was great, the atmosphere was welcoming, and overall it was just a really enjoyable experience. Big thanks to Lasha for going out of his way and making the visit special. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality Vietnamese food!

I and My husband recently visited to celebrate our nine-year-old’s birthday. He’s a huge fan of Vietnamese pho, and this spot did not disappoint! We loved the BYOB policy—it was so convenient to grab a bottle from the store just a few doors down. The staff even opened and served it for us, which was a lovely touch. The menu is extensive with plenty of appetizers, and the portions were generous. Everything was fresh and packed with flavor. Our server was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring our entire family was well taken care of. The restaurant is also spotless and beautifully decorated, creating a wonderful ambiance. We can't wait to return and try more! Check out our photos and videos to see our favorites.
